Appointments

We see patients Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours at (504) 779-8282. After hours, our phones are answered by our answering service.

Same or next day emergency appointments are availabe for problems other than routine visits.

New Patients

New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes early to complete the registration process. You may download and complete our registration forms and privacy notices in advance. Please bring the forms and your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment.

As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, please notify the office if you are going to be late for your appointment.

Cancellations

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
